What’s Included?

Whether you want to track or not there are numerous different approaches take towards your nutrition.
No matter what your dietary preferences, allergies or intolerances. I will help you find the approach that works for you and gives you flexibility to socialise and enjoy your life.

Whether you are new to the gym or an advanced trainer, I will put together a training plan that is flexible around your lifestyle.
We should exercise because it makes us feel good and we enjoy it not because we feel we have to.
Let me show you how enjoyable it can be and that you don’t need to be in the gym everyday in order to make progress.

If needed we can use some general activity goals to help keep you active and healthy.
These can be daily step goals or weekly cardio targets. These are always flexible and can be completed as a daily average or spread across the week to suit you.

Through weekly check ins to assess your progress and make any necessary changes.
I am also on the other end of the phone should you need any support between check ins. Whether it’s a phone/video call or WhatsApp message. I am here to support you as much or as little as you need.

Not sure on your form in the gym?
No problem, just film a set and send it over to me. I can check your form and exercise execution and feedback to you.

All TFM members have access to the client area on the website which is full of helpful guides, resources and videos to help you learn as much as possible.
Hybrid Coaching
Hybrid coaching includes everything from the online coaching package, but also includes 1-1 PT session/s.
From once/twice per month to weekly sessions.
